Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas in Asia) and offer two convenient shipping options:

Standard Shipping

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Cost: $12.95
  • Processing time: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Available on orders over $50
  • Processing time: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Our Easy Return & Exchange Process

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our Comfort Team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Items you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return (optional)
  • Whether you want a refund or exchange

Step 2: Pack Your Items

Securely package the items in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Items must be unworn and undamaged.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Shipping Options

  • Standard Return: Use any carrier of your choice (cost varies)
  • Expedited Return: For faster processing, use DHL or FedEx

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when processed

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Include a note specifying the item(s) you’d like to exchange for
  • We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item(s)
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Socks
  • Insoles
  • Any personalized/customized items

All sales on these products are final.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.

International Returns

For our international customers:

  • The return process is the same
  • You are responsible for any customs fees or duties on returned items
  • Return shipping times may vary based on your location
