At Hey Dude Shop, we want you to be as comfortable with your purchase as you are in our footwear. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, undamaged items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks, insoles, or any personalized/customized items. All sales on these products are final.
How to Return or Exchange
- Initiate Your Return: Email our Comfort Team at [email protected] with your order number and return request within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Pack Your Items: Securely package the items in their original packaging with all tags still attached.
- Ship Your Return: Send your package to our returns center at: Hey Dude Shop Returns

Miami, US 33131 - Track Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Return Shipping Options
You may choose your preferred return shipping method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Standard Return: Use any carrier of your choice (cost varies)
- Expedited Return: For faster processing, use DHL or FedEx
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Include a note specifying the item(s) you’d like to exchange for
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item(s)
If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference. For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
International Returns
For international customers (excluding some remote areas in Asia), the return process is the same, but please note:
- You are responsible for any customs fees or duties on returned items
- Return shipping times may vary based on your location
- Refunds will be issued in USD
