Bought for my granddaughter and she loves them. True to the picture, I’d like them in my size.

My son wears a size 3 across brands. These are loose in the heal and short in the toe so the fit is off even though it’s a size 3. He still loves them and says they are comfortable. I would have ordered a half size down if it was an option, but I figured he would grow into them.

They never arrived. I submitted a refund request and after 15 days with no response or refund. I contacted them only to be told, “please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to process. Poor management. I was looking forward to them. I eventually received a refund. Something’s aren’t meant to be.
