Where does Hey Dude Shop ship?
We ship worldwide from our Miami headquarters! There are just a few exceptions in remote areas (some parts of Asia and other remote locations). Our global delivery means happy feet everywhere!
What are my shipping options?
We offer two delivery options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx with 1-2 day processing and 10-15 day delivery after shipping
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): Via EMS with 1-2 day processing and 15-25 day delivery after shipping
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking information via email the moment your ultra-lightweight shoes leave our facility. Watch your package’s journey – our flexible delivery options move with your schedule!

We stand behind every pair with our 15-day happiness guarantee. If your shoes don’t feel like walking on sunshine, simply return them within 15 days of receipt – no uncomfortable questions asked.

Will I get a full refund?
Yes! For eligible returns, we’ll refund the full purchase price. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
